Ferguson Claims NCS Title at Heavyweight, Advances to CIF State

Huge congratulations to De La Salle heavyweight Wyatt Ferguson on capturing the North Coast Section Championships title at 285 pounds!

Ferguson's championship performance is a testament to his hard work, strength, and determination throughout the season. Competing in one of the toughest divisions in the section, Wyatt rose to the occasion and finished on top of the podium, adding another proud moment to Spartan wrestling history.

Next up, Ferguson heads to CIF State Wrestling Championships this week in Bakersfield. The state tournament begins Thursday and runs through Saturday night as the best wrestlers in California battle for a state title.
