The next stage of the postseason has arrived for De La Salle Swimming & Diving as the Spartans prepare to compete in the 2026 North Coast Section Championships.

The NCS Championship meet begins with diving on May 7, followed by swimming competition on May 8–9. (cifncs.org)

Unlike bracket-style playoffs, the NCS Championships feature a meet format where individual swimmers, divers, and relay teams compete for sectional titles and advancement to the CIF State Championships that are held May 14-16. 

De La Salle enters the championship weekend with confidence, in pursuit of their 5th straight NCS title. The Spartans' will look to deliver peak performances on the biggest stage of the season to date, where hundredths of a second can make the difference.
