Roman Bartosh pitched a one-hit shutout with 11 strikeouts as the Spartans blanked San Ramon Valley 2-0 for its fifth consecutive league win. 
 
Brandon Vargas and Zach Tchejeyan delivered RBI hits in the second inning and that was all Bartosh needed as he faced the minimum number of hitters in the seven-inning gem. 
 
The Spartans, who have won 13 of their last 14 games, next play at San Ramon Valley on Friday before hosting College Park on Saturday in a rematch of last season's North Coast Section semifinal.
