NorCal CHAMPIONS!!

The Spartans rallied for three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to beat Serra 5-4 and take home the Northern California championship!!

Trailing 4-2, Tyler Spangler and Antonio Castro came through with back-to-back RBI doubles to tie the game and Niko Baumgartner won it with an infield single. 

Spangler, Castro, and Ethan Sullivan each collected two hits, while Jack Sydlik tossed three innings to pick up the win for the Spartans who have won NorCal titles 3 out of the 4 times since the competition was introduced in 2022.

This legendary group won 29 of their last 31 games and finished one of the best De La Salle baseball seasons ever with a 29-4 mark that included NCS and CIF Division I titles.
