September Student-Athlete of the Month

In partnership with Golden State Orthopedics and Spine, De La Salle Athletics announces the September Student-Athlete of the Month award to senior linebacker, Bubba Vargas. To start the season, Bubba has been instrumental in leading the Spartans to a 5-0 start and has captained the defense which has only allowed 3 touchdowns all season. Bubba has a total of 25 tackles on the season with 5.5 of those being tackles for loss. He also has two sacks and an interception on the season. Congratulations to Bubba and good luck the rest of the season.
