Loftin is 32-41-0-552 with seven touchdowns. That's third-best all-time for first three starts by yardage behind Jay Jordan (1980) 47-82 for 623 with seven touchdowns (boxes are incomplete on interceptions back then) and Kurt Evans (1990) 25-39-1-586 with four touchdowns. Matt Gutierrez was 22-39-0-512 with 10 touchdowns in his first three starts (1999).
