Spartans' Pride: Barron Beinke and Drue Sanchez to Compete at First Tee National Championship

We want to share some exciting news regarding two De La Salle Golfers! Barron Beinke and Drue Sanchez have both been selected to compete in the First Tee National Championship at Notre Dame in June!

There are over 150 First Tee Chapters in the US and internationally, but only the best 24 boys (and 24 girls) are selected to compete in this prestigious event. It is extremely rare that two players from the same school are honored with this selection to the Nationals!

First Tee National Championship brings together First Tee's top players for an opportunity to showcase how the program has helped build the strength of character needed to play under pressure at the collegiate and/or next level. First Tee National Championship is played at acclaimed college campuses, including Clemson University, the University of Notre Dame and Stanford University. It's also the only national event that is purely tournament golf.
